Uncomfortable coming together


New work





Last term I made pieces that incorporated bees and  wasp. I am taking that a step further and creating an installation. I want to make people feel uncomfortable when they see my pieces or walk through the space I am creating.



These two depictions of humanoid forms I created last term. I decided to take these and turn them into clay pieces and build an installation to support my idea of making people feel uncomfortable in a space. I took these head forms from last year and turned them into 3d images and I am building an installation.  





These will take a while but I am on my way.

        John Miranda Art Painting and sculpture                                John Miranda Contemporary Artist            John Miranda, Is an artist  and native Texan. His primary mediums  are painting and sculpting.  Miranda received his BFA From the university of Texas at Arlington In painting.  Then this artist went on to earn  his MFA at the University of  Texas at Tyler in sculpting.  Miranda is now teaching Art in the Fort Worth area.
